Responsibilities Responsibilities include leading projects for mission-critical equipment, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring technical accuracy, and delivering solutions that meet client needs and industry standards. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE, ME, or equivalent practical experience). At least 4 (four) years of relevant control systems mission critical / data center industry experience. PE Licensure preferred or willingness to obtain with company support. Expertise in Technical Management Systems and Engineering standards. Proficient in monitoring project performance against technical, cost, and schedule benchmarks. Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and safety protocols. Hands-on experience with mission-critical equipment, such as generators, switchgear, UPS, PDU, RRP. Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt rapidly to new technologies. Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary. Capable of performing physical tasks and working in demanding environments.
