We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Municipal Infrastructure Engineer

to support the planning, design, and implementation of water and utility infrastructure projects. This position focuses on delivering high-quality engineering solutions for municipal clients, with an emphasis on wastewater collection, stormwater management, and public utility systems. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop municipal infrastructure projects related to water, wastewater, stormwater, and utility systems Prepare construction drawings, technical specifications, cost estimates, and permitting documents Conduct field investigations and condition assessments to support system evaluations and project development Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure compliance and alignment with project goals Contribute to hydraulic modeling, infrastructure rehabilitation plans, and utility coordination efforts Support public meetings, grant applications, and funding strategies as needed Assist with project management tasks including budget tracking, scheduling, and reporting Mentor junior engineering staff and support professional development

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Bachelors degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering At least 3+ years of experience in municipal water and utility infrastructure projects EIT preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and familiarity with hydraulic modeling software Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal design standards and permitting requirements Excellent written and verbal communication skills
