Overview Join to apply for the Data Analyst (Finance) role at Panda Restaurant Group . The Data Analyst position is responsible for supporting the company’s overall data strategy by working with other business units to develop periodic reporting, metrics, and measurements to determine business success. This position helps drive best practice methodologies for analytics and modeling by optimizing existing models and creating new ones as needed. The Data Analyst works with cross-functional business teams and technology teams to design and implement analytics and reporting solutions that meet defined business needs and contribute to the Analytics Center of Excellence (COE). Responsibilities Works with other business units to develop periodic and quarterly reporting, metrics and measurements, as well as ad-hoc reporting as needed. Partners with business unit analysts to develop analytical capabilities and new models to support business analysis Primarily supports the Operations Finance team through reporting, data validation, and analysis, while also assisting in data requests, tool development, and ongoing report maintenance for the FP&A team Creates and oversees Power BI data sources, designs and develops insightful dashboards and reports, and contributes to the overall user experience and visualization strategy Converts data to actionable insights and leverages data visualization tools to effectively present these insights in various graphic formats Conducts ad hoc reporting to support evolving business needs and data requests Works closely with business partners to help identify opportunities to improve overall reporting and analytics capability Supports ongoing budget revisions and reallocations to ensure financial plans remain accurate and responsive to business changes Benefits Hybrid Work schedule 401K with company match Yearly bonus opportunity* Full medical, dental, and vision insurance * On-site fitness center, biometric screen, and flu shot clinic Discounts at Panda restaurants, theme parks, and gym memberships Paid time off starting at 15 days with 7 federal holidays* Continuous education assistance and scholarships* Income protection including Disability, Life and AD&D insurance* Bereavement leave* Benefits available for eligible permanent full time associates Qualifications - External Your background and experience: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics or related business field required; Master’s degree preferred Minimum three years of experience in data analysis, analytics, statistics, data science or related field, with two years of experience on large, complex data sets Successful completion of initial and periodically required trainings. Obtaining a valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days of employment is a requirement of this position. Pay Range P2: $72,500- $101,500 per year Within the range, individual pay is determined using various factors, including work location and experience.
