Ensures cohesiveness between Rutgers-Newark Technology and Learning Spaces ( TLS , Rutgers-Newark IT ( RUN -IT), and other Rutgers-Newark campus stakeholders in technical solution design, technical implementation, and overall project delivery for infrastructure, system, and application initiatives across the campus Serves as primary client liaison and provides the bridge between client needs and technical solutions that support those needs Responsible for financial/budget management of some projects Applies best practices in project management and technical implementation in order to deliver value-added solutions in a cost-effective manner FLSA

We also take into consideration market benchmarks, if and when appropriate, and internal equity to ensure fair compensation relative to the universitys broader compensation structure.
