Qualifications B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline. Proficient in data manipulation using software beyond MS Excel (e.g., Python, R). Experience with MS Access, Django, SQL Server. Experience with ERP systems, Power BI, and manufacturing KPIs. Local candidates only. Responsibilities Data Collection and Analysis: Gather, analyze, and interpret data from various sources within the manufacturing process, including machine data, operational data, and system data. Process Optimization: Use data to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes, such as production efficiency, quality control, and resource utilization. Problem Solving: Use data analysis to diagnose and resolve issues that arise in the manufacturing environment, such as equipment malfunctions or production bottlenecks. Decision Support: Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making by manufacturing engineers and other stakeholders. Develop, implement, and maintain Access databases, Django web apps, data pipelines, and a data warehouse.
