Immediate opening Responsibilities:
Work with large structured and unstructured data in a modeling and analytical environment to define and create streamlined processes for evaluating unique datasets and solving challenging intelligence issues. Lead and participate in designing solutions and refining existing processes. Collaborate with Customer Stakeholders, Program Managers, and Product Owners to translate road map features into components and tasks, estimate timelines, identify resources, suggest solutions, and recognize potential risks. Use exploratory data analysis techniques to identify meaningful relationships, patterns, or trends from complex data. Combine applied mathematics, programming skills, analytical techniques, and data to provide impactful insights for decision-makers. Research and implement optimization models, strategies, and methods to inform data management activities and analysis. Apply big data analytic tools to large, diverse datasets to deliver impactful insights and assessments. Conduct peer reviews to improve workflows, procedures, and methodologies. Help build high-performing teams and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and knowledge. Required Qualifications:
TS/SCI Clearance with the ability to obtain a CI/Poly. 10+ years of relevant experience or a combination of experience and certifications/trainings. Experience supporting IC operations. Expertise in manipulating and analyzing structured and unstructured data. Experience in data mining and database development/maintenance. Experience identifying system enhancements, capabilities, and business cases. Experience with GOTS data processing and analytics capabilities. Proficiency in COTS statistical software (e.g., Map Large, Tableau, MatLab) for analysis and visualization. Knowledge of advanced analytic methodologies and their implementation. Experience leading technical and analytical teams on complex problems. Experience in multi-INT and technology-specific research. Effective communication skills, capable of conveying detailed information clearly. Desired Qualifications:
Master's degree in Data Science or related field. Experience with AI/ML development. Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML5/JavaScript, Python, C++, Java, and tools like ArcObjects, Model Builder, Oracle, SQL, GIScience, ArcGIS. Experience with databases related to GEOINT, SIGINT, or OSINT. Data Visualization skills, including Matrix Analytics, Network Analytics, and Graphing Data.
