Radiant Power Corp. specializes in aerospace products, including emergency power supplies, power distribution and control systems, flight deck sensors, passenger comfort products, AeroELT Emergency Locator Transmitters, and Dukane-Seacom Underwater Locator Beacons. Director of Quality
will oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with AS9100, product safety, and risk management. Responsibilities include leadership of the quality team, customer and regulatory communication, managing quality metrics, and supporting FAA certification and supplier quality programs. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field At least five years of supervisory experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in aerospace manufacturing Knowledge of FAA regulations (14CFR21, 14CFR145) and AS9100 standards Strong communication, leadership, and operational improvement skills Physical and work environment: Office-based with regular manufacturing floor exposure Domestic and international travel required Position level: Director, Full-time, in the aviation and aerospace industry.
