10+ years Life Science experience Demonstrated excellence in leading complex projects Biotech, Pharma or Med Device space Strong pharma/biotech/med device network within Los Angeles, with the ability to build strong relationships Experience directly managing and mentoring team members Facility design and/or process engineering background (preferred) Project Management software proficiency (preferred) Bachelor’s degree in Life Science related field (engineering preferred) Responsibilities
This individual will lead our strategic efforts to grow Concuir in the Los Angeles area . They will also be responsible for the following: Cultivate and expand strategic client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Serve as the face of Concuir in the Los Angeles market, leveraging your network to identify and secure new consulting engagements. Lead proposal development, solution design, and contract negotiations to drive business growth. Represent Concuir at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility. Identify partnership opportunities and develop new revenue streams within existing and prospective client accounts. Hire and develop a high-performing consulting team aligned with Concuir’s core values. Coach team members through career progression, focusing on individual core competencies and long-term growth. Foster a collaborative, inclusive team culture consistent with company values. Lead and execute complex consulting programs as a project manager or strategic advisor, ensuring successful outcomes. Provide strategic insights on regulatory trends, delivery models, and execution strategies across engagements. Consistently model Concuir’s core values in client delivery and internal leadership. Stay updated with the latest developments in the life science industry, including regulatory changes, market trends, and emerging technologies. Position Concuir as a thought leader by publishing articles, participating in industry conferences, and delivering presentations. What We Are Offering

Comprehensive compensation and benefits as a full-time Concuir employee: 100% employee covered medical, dental, and vision. Life insurance, short- and long-term disability, maternity / paternity leave, 401K matching, bonus compensation, commuter benefits, home office benefits, uncapped PTO, and more. A reasonable estimate of the range for this role is $135,000 – $175,000.
