12 month contract, with possible extension W-2 or 1099 No C2C, visa transfers, or sponsorship The DNA Group is hiring an IT Project Manager to support full lifecycle technology initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This individual will work closely with government stakeholders to assess needs, develop schedules, track progress, and ensure the successful delivery of technology solutions. This position offers the opportunity to lead high-impact IT efforts involving systems integration, infrastructure planning, and vendor management. Overview Requirements: Coordinate and manage end-to-end IT project lifecycles, from initial scoping through delivery and closure. Gather and assess customer requirements, translating them into actionable technical plans. Identify and evaluate technology solutions, including assessment of solution fit. Facilitate cross-disciplinary project teams and stakeholder meetings. Develop project schedules using project management tools and methodologies. Track project status, risks, and deliverables using dashboards and reporting tools. Estimate project costs and manage allocated budgets. Coordinate vendor and implementation partner activities. Ensure alignment with IT infrastructure, integration requirements, cybersecurity protocols, and disaster recovery plans. Collaborate with county IT teams to validate solution architecture and delivery feasibility. Minimum Qualifications: Strong background in coordinating IT projects across multiple departments or teams. Ability to assess business needs and recommend appropriate technology solutions. Proficiency with project management methodologies and scheduling tools. Strong communication and facilitation skills when working with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Demonstrated understanding of IT systems integration, security, and recovery concepts. Experience managing vendor relationships and monitoring third-party task execution. Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). PMP or similar project management certification .
