As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in helping us find and attract top talent to join our growing team. Responsibilities Develop and implement recruiting strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various positions within the company Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates Negotiate job offers and assist with onboarding process for new hires Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting to continuously improve our recruitment processes Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the technology industry Proven track record of successfully filling various positions at all levels within a company Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and other HR software Understanding of employment laws and regulations Professional and positive attitude We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
