Reliant Critical Infrastructure is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our expanding team. Job Summary: The Senior Recruiter is responsible for building a database of qualified candidates and consultants that align with target client markets and needs. They will build deep relationships within specific skillsets and qualify and align candidates and consultants with client staffing requirements. Candidate/Consultant Sourcing: Develop lists of target candidates and/or consultants using a variety of methods, including personal referrals, social media and networking. Screening and Interviewing : Review candidate and/or consultant backgrounds, conduct phone screens, schedule and conduct interviews to assess candidate qualifications, introduce the company as a resource and generate market information Database Management: Maintain relationships with each individual candidate and/or consultant in your database. Keeping up to date on important career and life developments, along with any new information that will help you identify an opportunity to assign consultants. Keep most updated resume on file, update information such as contact info, company working for, rate, location, travel situation, end date, reports to manager, type of work they are performing. Market Research: Communicate with personal contacts in the industry to stay informed about industry trends and labor market conditions to better understand the competitive landscape. Communicate relevant market, skills and project information to the business development team. Listing/Job Reaction / Qualification / Submission : Utilize your knowledge of your network to identify candidates and/or consultants that need to be covered on new jobs or listings as they are taken. Conduct qualification calls with candidates and/or consultants to judge their ability to successfully complete the assignment or match job requirements along with their willingness and availability. Document qualification information, prepare candidate and/or consultant presentation or submittal document, review and edit consultant resume and elevate potentially qualified candidates and/or consultants to your direct manager for potential submission to the company's clients. Candidate and/or Consultant Assignment: Assist in the process of closing a candidate and/or consultant on an assignment or for a position. Tasks include scheduling client interviews with candidate and/or consultant, prepping for interview, obtaining feedback from the candidate and/or consultant post interview, negotiating details such as start date, pay rate or compensation, expenses, onsite / offsite time, or any logistical detail important to the assignment or position. Qualifying opportunities with clients : Attend “listing qualification calls” or “intake calls” with the business development team in order to 1) understand the client’s desired project outcome or business challenge 2) collaborate with client to build profile for “the right candidate and/or consultant” 3) negotiate rate or salary, project or position timeline and fulfillment process Assist in the development of company project teams. When and where appropriate, work with Business Development, proposal writers, and internal management in the completion of project proposals and/or Task Orders. Tasks include understanding RFP details, identifying profiles of needed team members, assisting in selecting candidate and/or consultants to be included in the final proposal. Assist, as needed, in the listing fulfillment process. When and where appropriate, work with the Business Development team to establish contact with listing or job client managers and facilitate an efficient process to fill listings or jobs. Qualifications: 5+ years of recruiting experience (staffing) in technical industries (mission-critical, power generation, power plants, data centers, MEP, engineering, etc.). Proven success hiring temporary contractors and consultants for project-based work. Strong knowledge of technical roles: Engineers, PMs, Superintendents, Designers, Commissioning Agents, HVAC/Chiller, etc. Experience with high-volume, fast-paced staffing for field and project teams. Skilled in sourcing, screening, and placing talent using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other tools. Builds and maintains relationships with contractors throughout their assignments to support reassignment on future projects. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and partner closely with sales, leadership, teammates, and hiring managers. Familiar with compliance and onboarding for contract/temp hires.
