Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Entry-Level Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the full recruiting cycle—sourcing candidates, managing relationships, and helping connect people with meaningful careers.
Responsibilities
Source, identify, and engage potential candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients while ensuring an excellent candidate experience.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
Maintain accurate candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS).
Assist with onboarding and ensure compliance with client and company policies.
Provide ongoing support to pipeline of candidates, including interview preparation, first-day guidance, and regular check-ins to foster long-term success and satisfaction.
Cultivate trusted relationships within your network, positioning yourself as a partner in helping professionals grow their careers.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Self-starter with a proactive mindset—comfortable working in a startup environment with evolving processes.
Highly motivated, organized, and eager to learn.
Comfortable working with goals and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or recruiting is a plus, but not required.
This role is fully remote; however, candidates must be based in Illinois.
