Campus Recruiter – Beacon Hill (Chicago, IL) Beacon Hill is seeking an internal Campus Recruiter to join our Corporate Recruiting team. This recruiter will focus on recruiting entry-level hires on college campuses within their assigned region. The travel component is significant during peak on-campus recruiting seasons, localized to Illinois and Indiana. Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $70,000.00/yr To be successful, you must be resourceful with strong personal initiative and a good judge of character. The recruiter will identify early talent on college campuses to add to internal teams across the country, assessing candidates based on skills, capabilities, and cultural fit. Hiring managers will rely on you to find and select strong internal candidates from among many applicants. An ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about the staffing industry, our culture, and campus engagement with students, career services professionals, athletics, professors, and student leaders. This is a relationship-focused sales role; the harder you work, the more results you will see. You will be accountable to your goals to bring in the best talent for our growing teams. Location: This position is onsite at our Chicago office with frequent travel during career fair season to universities within the Illinois/Indiana region. Responsibilities Recruit and manage campus recruitment at 5-10 colleges during the Fall and Spring semesters Regional travel within Illinois/Indiana during peak fair season Plan and coordinate job fair registrations and travel Plan and coordinate delivery of job fair materials Attend job fairs and represent BHSG with professionalism Prepare college fair ambassadors to attend job fairs Maximize opportunities to connect with career services and student groups on campus, e.g., hosting presentations and workshops Plan and host post-job fair events to engage interested students Conduct on-campus interviews the day after job fairs for top candidates Follow up with qualified candidates and manage relationships through the interview process Maintain relationships with candidates from interview through start date Check in with internal hires and maintain ongoing relationships throughout their career at BH Recruit for entry-level roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Handshake, job boards, and referrals Manage candidate interview processes for internal opportunities within Beacon Hill Maintain strong relationships with BH managers to identify hiring needs and ensure quality matches Collaborate with campus recruiting team and other departments to address hiring needs nationwide Qualifications / Skills Demonstrated success in achieving goals Desire to travel regionally Strong organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently Comfort with public speaking Understanding of Beacon Hill’s internal culture Adaptable to work with all types of people Who We Are We are one of the largest staffing companies in the United States and among the fastest-growing.
