Job Description Join an innovative metal 3D printing startup as a Sr Technical Recruiter, where you'll be pivotal in building a team dedicated to revolutionizing manufacturing. With a focus on autonomous and scalable systems, this role offers high visibility and leadership opportunities as we expand globally. Responsibilities Provide a high-touch experience throughout the recruiting process, maintaining an active pipeline for critical, hard-to-fill technical positions. Conduct full cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, managing candidate debriefs, and extending offers. Collaborate with company leadership on headcount, requisitions, hiring strategies, and feedback. Mentor other recruiters within the team. Develop and scale talent acquisition functions, focusing on candidate experience, diversity and inclusion, intern/university recruiting, and onboarding. Analyze data, track metrics, and innovate methods to improve hiring processes. Essential Skills Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional recruiting experience. 6+ years of technical recruiting experience. At least 1 year of in-house recruiting experience. Legal ability to work in the United States. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in Technical Engineering Recruiting. Ability to provide legal proof of identity and work authorization in the U.S. Work Environment Our state-of-the-art facility in Hawthorne spans 20,000 sq ft, offering large open spaces for collaboration, R&D, and production.
