Job Title HR Associate Location Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid: In the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remote for the remainder) Job Description HR Associate will be working to respond to employee inquiries regarding step/rate questions, research, step placement issues, assist in audits, etc. Required Experience Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and multi-tasking/attention to detail. Prior experience working in HR especially Compensation would be especially helpful. Work is repetitive in terms of researching answers and responding to the employee.
