Are you currently a graduate student and interested in strengthening your knowledge of HR practices, current trends, and project management skills through a full-time, 12-month internship? In this role, you will work with multiple stakeholders across various HR functions and business functions, supporting various initiatives and projects. Job Description
In your new role you will:

  • Support project coordination, working closely with the HR Project Coordinator, as well as local and regional stakeholders, to coordinate and execute project plans.
  • Research current HR trends and advise on ongoing strategies, as needed.
  • Assist with the creation of presentations and other content in preparation for senior leader presentations.
  • Prepare, facilitate, and moderate various HR meetings and workshops, including driving the action items to closure.
  • Brainstorm creative content for workshops, panel discussions, and learning-series events.
  • Have the opportunity to rotate in the HRBP organization by supporting a small group to experience the complete HR stakeholder cycle.
  • Participate in special projects and perform other job-related activities, as needed.
  • Support tracking and reporting of HR KPIs.
  • Have the ability to travel domestically, if needed.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • Current status of enrollment in a Human Resources, Business, or related field program (BS required, MS preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (i.e., written communications, public speaking, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge and interest in HR practices and current trends, and general project management skills.
  • A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with strong analytical skills and strategic mindset.
  • Creative mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment and be comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality when managing sensitive information.
  • Proficient-intermediate experience in MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
  • Hold yourself to high standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Experience in Human Resources and/or previous internship is a plus.
* This role is FULL-TIME for 12 months and requires the candidate to be ON-SITE in the San Jose office.

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

Minimum of $25.00 per hour
Maximum of $35.00 per hour
