High Profile has partnered with our client to find an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to Managing Partners of a private equity firm. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience as an executive assistant in the financial services industry, along with Investor Relations communication. This individual will possess strong organizational, multi-tasking, and communication skills to manage schedules, coordinate meetings, book travel, oversee office operations, and handle administrative tasks with discretion and professionalism. Based in the Turtle Creek/Oak Lawn area of Dallas, this role offers a salary of up to $120K + bonus; and company paid health, dental, and vision insurance.
