Hasbro is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the CDIO and West Coast leadership team. The role involves managing sophisticated workflows, including meeting logistics, heavy scheduling/calendaring, travel coordination, and other essential business matters. The ideal candidate communicates effectively and enjoys working with a world-class team. What You'll Do Carry out all administrative duties including scheduling, calendar management, expense processing, and owning all components of travel for up to 5 leaders. Coordinate logistics for high-level meetings with global and regional employees, both internally and externally. Work collaboratively and manage relationships with internal and external partners. Handle competing priorities and complex tasks with minimal direction. Handle confidential information with discretion for business purposes. Mentor and develop the administrative support team, fostering learning and development. Assist in building and designing corporate presentations for executive audiences. What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience in a commercial organization and/or proven executive assistant background. Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Curious mindset with problem-definition and solution skills. Empathetic approach, delivering outstanding experiences for leaders, partners, and employees. Strong communication with integrity, empathy, and tact. Organized with a focus on continuous improvement to build efficient, simple, and scalable processes. Sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and follow-up. Tech-savvy; comfortable with Mac and PC; Office 365 power user with the ability to learn new programs quickly. Nice to Have Project management experience. Experience with Concur, Carlson Wagonlit (International & Domestic). Experience in the entertainment or gaming industry. Compensation and Benefits The hourly rate for this position is $35.30 to $60.40. The hiring range varies based on experience, skills, location, and market conditions. Employees may be eligible for annual and long-term incentives as part of the compensation package.
