We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced executive administrative professional to provide exceptional support to senior executives within the finance industry. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of administrative expertise, technical skills, and personal qualities that enable them to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. This individual will be responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and executive support tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding the highest level of professionalism. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Providing administrative support to senior executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional customer service Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion, while building trust and rapport with senior leaders Demonstrating exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage competing deadlines Utilizing advanced technical skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to manage tasks, communicate, and present information Exhibiting sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and effective communication skills, with the ability to interact with internal and external personnel, and provide proactive support to drive business results What do you need to succeed? At least 7 years supporting senior executives within the finance industry Incredible organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism Strong written and verbal communication skills High proficiency in Microsoft applications - Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint A natural problem-solver who is calm under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments What’s in it for you?
