Key Responsibilities
- Lead monthly consolidation and financial reporting processes
- Prepare consolidated debt schedules and budget entries
- Maintain system data mappings and metadata files
- Assist with external audits and prepare supporting documentation
- Draft footnotes for consolidated financial statements
- Generate and distribute monthly balance sheets and income statements
- Oversee data integrity in automated consolidation systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar
- 5+ years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to healthcare and/or manufacturing industries
- Strong knowledge of consolidations, financial reporting, and variance analysis
- Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Excel skills
