Pay Range: $45,000 - $65,000 USD (depending on experience and qualifications)

Job Overview

ClearBlue Infrastructure Group is seeking a proactive and detail-driven Accounting Specialist to support our growing portfolio of high-impact infrastructure and construction projects across the United States. This full-time, remote position is ideal for a professional with 2-3 years of experience in accounts payable and receivable, especially within a construction or project-based environment.

As a key member of our finance team, you will ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, maintain clean project books, and keep our cash flow running smoothly. Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions including invoice entry, billing, and payment processing.
• Track and reconcile financial transactions in Spectrum and other systems (e.g., Procore).
• Maintain up-to-date job costing records for multiple projects.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings.
• Process vendor payments in line with project milestones and company policies.
• Support billing processes including payment applications and lien waivers.
• Collaborate with project managers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure accounting accuracy.
• Generate project-level and company-wide financial reports for management.
  
  

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping, ideally in construction or infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of AP/AR and general accounting principles.
• Experience with Spectrum is required; familiarity with Procore or similar construction platforms is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
