Job Description
Ensure implementation of measures and maintain controls. Raise awareness and provide information about ESH responsibilities and duties. Ensure immediate notification and response, and initiate preventive measures in case of unsafe or polluting hazards. Demonstrate exemplary personal behavior in ESH and motivate others. Ensure projects are performed according to technical, quality, timing, and financial requirements, considering company rules & guidelines. Lead the team and control the project regarding development, quality, deadlines, and costs. Represent the project internally and externally regarding all aspects (customer, supplier). Manage project changes and issues, and prevent project risks by defining and implementing appropriate countermeasures in agreement with the steering team. Coordinate all suppliers working in the plant on investment projects. Provide feedback on supplier performance to central functions. Develop and educate all suppliers to enhance their professionalism and capabilities. Coordinate all involved parties to ensure a high level of quality. Coordinate local equipment and process improvements; report potential improvements to ET. Prepare a draft version for preventive maintenance. Define the necessary spare parts list. Assist the Maintenance team. Additional Information

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in machine installation and commissioning projects, preferably in tire manufacturing. Led several projects involving machine installation, commissioning, improvement, refurbishment, and upgrades. Management experience with contractors and engineering projects for at least 3 years. Technical knowledge in pneumatics, hydraulics, mechanical systems, AutoCAD. Knowledge of tire manufacturing processes. Experience with project management / Conti PROMT system. Knowledge of technical controls & drives. Proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. Assertiveness when dealing with external suppliers. General knowledge of utilities & civil construction. Fluent in English communication skills. Company Description
