Up to $28.00 per hour Job Overview A well-established manufacturing facility in the Saukville area is seeking an experienced Injection Molding Setup Technician for immediate hire. This role is responsible for installing molds, setting up production equipment, and performing process startups based on documented parameters. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of injection molding and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Install injection molds into molding machines in accordance with safety protocols Set up molding machines and secondary equipment such as hot stampers, ultrasonic welders, and drill fixtures Interpret and follow setup sheets and process instructions Adjust machine settings to meet quality and production standards Troubleshoot setup-related issues and identify root causes Maintain organized workstations and ensure all equipment is staged appropriately Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement initiatives Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Apprenticeship or technical training in plastics or mold setup preferred Minimum of 2 years of experience in injection mold setup Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of molding processes Ability to read and interpret technical documentation Able to work independently with minimal supervision Strong organizational and communication skills Must be dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious Must have experience setting up injection molding machines Physical Requirements Must be able to lift, push, and pull 50+ lbs Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Must be able to reach overhead and maneuver around machinery Equal Opportunity Employer #LI-SM3 Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401K, PTO
