We’re seeking a Software Engineer responsible for the development and design of web applications and components. Design, code, test, and implement websites and applications for internal or external use. Fix and resolve issues related to performance, response times, capacity, and system limitations. Create and modify documentation for websites. Collaborate with internal business partners, technology teams (database, system, networking), and external vendors. Maintain and update websites, ensuring data quality, integrity, and consistency across the organization. Requires experience in both front-end (GUI) and back-end development. Minimum Qualifications
4-year degree or technical training Expert knowledge of Ruby on Rails framework and Ruby (minimum 7 years) API integration experience with third-party systems (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.) Preferred Qualifications
Extensive knowledge of API design and interface technologies (JSON, ProtoBuf, REST, RPC, XML, etc.) Experience with Continuous Integration tools (CircleCI, Jenkins, etc.) Experience with testing frameworks (RSpec, MiniTest, etc.) Note: Apple offers a competitive compensation package, with a base pay range between $132,100 and $199,000, based on skills, experience, and location.
