As a Staff Engineer, you will: Help define how humans collaborate with intelligent systems in property management. Shape the technical foundation of a platform supporting autonomous AI-driven workflows. Lead critical system rewrites, architect scalable foundations, and set engineering standards. Work at the intersection of LLM technology and business applications, creating sophisticated AI systems. Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS or related field. 5+ years building scalable, reliable software. Expertise in Node.js, cloud infrastructure, and databases. Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and AI infrastructure is a plus. Principles & Benefits
