We're seeking a dynamic leader to serve as the face and chief staff executive for the Keystone Chapter of

Community Associations Institute

(CAI-Keystone). This pivotal role combines strategic vision with hands-on management to help shape the future of homeowner and condominium associations across Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey, and Northern Delaware. The Executive Director will lead our day-to-day operations while driving strategic initiatives that deliver value to our members, advance our mission of education and advocacy, and membership growth. This position will report the the Chapter Board of Directors. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Partner with the Board to develop and execute strategic initiatives Drive membership growth and engagement Lead a remote team of high-performing staff and consultants Oversee financial management of $1.2M budget Education & Program Management Direct in-person and virtual learning programs Oversee major events, including the Annual Conference and Expo Develop and implement innovative educational initiatives Stakeholder Engagement Build strong relationships with members, partners, and sponsors Represent CAI-Keystone at industry events and conferences Collaborate with the CAI HQ organization Drive membership recruitment and retention Working Environment Full-Time Hybrid position with in-office and remote work In-state travel: ~20-25 days annually Out-of-state travel: ~10 nights annually Both W-2 and 1099 options available Why Join Us? Qualifications Bachelor's degree required CAE (Certified Association Executive) strongly preferred 5+ years leadership experience in associations or nonprofits Proven success in organizational leadership and staff management Experience working with boards and managing fiduciary responsibilities Strong track record in strategic execution Experience managing remote teams a plus The Ideal Candidate Self-motivated leader comfortable working independently Excellent communicator and public speaker Strategic thinker with strong execution skills Financial acumen and budget management expertise Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and AMS platforms Skilled at building and maintaining stakeholder relationships
