Adams & Martin Group, a business line of one of the largest privately held staffing firms in the U.S focuses on placing legal staff, attorneys, and litigation support talent across a variety of industries. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Manager to drive recruitment efforts in the Downtown, Los Angeles, California area.

Fully remote (100% Work from Home) with choice to work hybrid or in-office in markets with a physical office location
Schedule flexibility including 9/80 and part-time options (after 26 weeks)

Working in a largely virtual environment where our culture and commitment to creating remarkable experiences come first, the Recruiting Manager is hands-on with full staffing cycle activities including sourcing, screening, interviews, references, extending offers, and supports onboarding activities with candidates. The ideal candidate will create recruiting strategies, manage recruitment sources, and build recruiting networks while maintaining contact between both the client and candidate throughout the interview process to ensure alignment.
What Do We Look For?
The Recruiting Manager should live in the greater Downtown, Los Angeles, California area
Individuals with a strong business acumen and customer service skills
Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills
1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably executive search within the legal industry
Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values
Someone who embraces being a part of an environment that focuses on belonging
Bachelor’s degree or transferrable experience
