Lead Recruiting Coordinator Job at TurnPoint Search Group in New York

TurnPoint Search is partnering with a leading global investment and technology firm to hire a detail-oriented and driven individual to join its Recruiting team as a Lead Recruiting Coordinator. This is an opportunity to work closely with recruitment professionals, internal stakeholders, and external partners to support the firm’s dynamic talent acquisition efforts. The position blends hands-on coordination responsibilities with team leadership, offering the opportunity to mentor others while contributing to a collaborative, high-performing environment. What You’ll Do Day-to-Day: Oversee and execute candidate scheduling and coordinate end-to-end interview logistics. Manage and support a small team of recruiting coordinators, providing training, guidance, and regular feedback. Collaborate with recruiters and recruitment leadership to ensure efficient processes and exceptional candidate experiences. Play an active role in onboarding and developing new team members. Who We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of professional experience, ideally within a recruiting, people operations, or talent acquisition setting. Exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience as a recruiting coordinator or related role is strongly preferred. Experience mentoring or managing others is a plus. This position pays a base salary range of $110,000-$120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and skill level, along with the potential for a discretionary bonus.
