As we continue to grow and scale our team, we’re looking for a resourceful and people-first HR Generalist & Recruiter to join our People team and help build the foundation of an incredible employee experience. We’re looking for a People Operations & Recruiting Generalist to help support and scale our growing team. Reporting to the Head of People, this role will be instrumental in creating an exceptional employee experience across the full employee lifecycle — from hiring and onboarding to engagement and performance. You’ll also play a significant role in day-to-day recruiting, ensuring we find and hire the right people at the right time to help us grow. Initial Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition Own full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles across Dude Perfect, from job posting to offer stage Partner closely with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, build interview plans, and deliver a great candidate experience Source and screen candidates using a mix of tools and platforms (e.g. Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter) Coordinate and lead hiring processes, ensuring consistency, alignment, and excellent communication at every stage People Operations & Culture Support onboarding and offboarding logistics and IT to ensure a smooth experience for new hires and transitions Manage employee lifecycle tasks, including changes in status, promotions, compliance, and documentation Help implement and communicate company-wide HR programs and processes (e.g., performance reviews, engagement surveys, learning initiatives) Support the Head of People on projects related to org design, compensation, internal communications, and culture building HR Compliance and Internal Communications Maintain accurate employee data and records in our HR systems (Gusto, Greenhouse, and other platforms) Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and internal policies Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions related to benefits, policies, announcements, and processes Qualifications: 3-5+ years of experience in HR or People Operations, including at least 1-2 years of full-cycle recruiting Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment Solid understanding of HR practices, compliance, and employment law across the US Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization Demonstrated professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality Comfortable working independently while also collaborating closely with cross-functional partners Prior experience in startup, entertainment, or mission-driven environments is preferred Experience working in the entertainment, media, or sports industry is strongly preferred Dude Perfect is an equal-opportunity employer.
