Coast and Harbor Associates, Inc. Owners' project management firm seeks a Project Manager for a wet laboratory project in southeastern New Hampshire. Candidates MUST have at least six years’ experience managing the construction of wet laboratories, including at least one project valued at $20 million or more in New England. Candidates MUST also have demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining complex, long-term, multi-year project management activities, including but not limited to: Developing and controlling budgets and funding strategies Scheduling and coordinating project interactions among existing and occupied facilities Managing interdisciplinary teams of professionals and support staff Integrating conflicting elements into planning and execution to ensure smooth project requirements flow Familiarity with Federal and local government office building projects, including procedural, review, and approval requirements The project manager must possess a degree in architecture, engineering, business management, or construction management from an accredited college/university. Alternatively, candidates with 10 years of management experience in construction management will also be considered. Seniority level
