This could be a great opportunity to get your foot in the door of a major organization and build a long-term career . Responsibilities : Exemplify the culture of continuous improvement and simplification across the organization. Develop as a site/functional team member through training, Kaizens, and RBS tools to effectively utilize performance tools, methodologies, and philosophies to drive performance excellence. Work with site or functional leadership to develop current and future Value Streams, standard work, and sustained stability to achieve operating goals. Reduce scrap and non-conformances by eliminating waste and variation in all forms.
