What We Are Looking For: We are seeking a self-motivated and strategic Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving and collaborating on software development projects. What You'll Do: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the requirements and objectives of projects. Develop and maintain an Agile development process and stand ups for front-end and back-end development teams. Work closely with cross-functional teams of engineers, architects, and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications and actionable plans. Drive the execution of modernization projects, ensuring alignment with technical standards, security policies, and best practices. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics to measure the effectiveness and impact of modernization efforts. Communicate progress, challenges, and recommendations to stakeholders, providing regular updates and insights on project status and outcomes. Collaborate with external vendors and partners as needed to leverage expertise and resources for project success. What You Have: 5+ years of proven experience with software development, with a track record of successfully leading complex technical projects from conception to delivery. 5+ years of experience with cloud implementation Healthcare or insurance experience Experience with Google Workspace Strong understanding of cloud computing platforms, with experience working with various providers preferred. Familiarity with modern software development methodologies such as Agile and experience with project management tools like Jira or Asana. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. Bachelor's degree in related field (or equivalent experience).
