Reporting to the General Manager, in this role you will: Manage the Clinical Nutrition program, inpatient and outpatient Supervise, train, and mentor up to 17 Registered Dietitians and the diet office staff of 12; oversee care of the general inpatient population Serve in a leadership role on the Food and Nutrition Services team and assist in food service management as needed Meet DOH/state/federal and company standards Manage the dietetic interns What We Offer

Minimum Education Requirement: Master's degree with required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24: Bachelor's degree with required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by ACEND Credentials Requirement: Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities, the RD/RDN credentials are required at the time of hire. Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice, either at the time of hire or subsequently. Minimum Management Experience:
6 years of planning, managing, and organizing resources within short/medium timeframes within the overall policy framework. Minimum Functional Experience:
5 years as an experienced specialized practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to specialists.
