We are offering to qualified and experienced candidates a sign-on bonus not to exceed 10% of salary for this position. As our Nurse Manager Surgical Services at St. Mary Medical Center, you will oversee our GI and Same Day Surgery departments. You will lead a team of frontline nurses and act as the conduit between these caregivers and leadership teams. You will communicate the organizations goals to the nursing staff as we constantly seek to improve patient experiences, reach out to our community, and deliver quality care. At the same time, you will advocate for your team by bringing any issues, requests, or new ideas from them to leadership. Responsibilities:

Required Education and Experience:
