Job Responsibilities Lead agency and regulatory approval processes and submittals. Lead factory audit by certification agencies like SGS, Environ, CCC etc. Work with groups within Company to provide necessary documentation to testing labs/agencies. Work directly with 3rd party certification agencies to obtain project approvals to sell products in global marketplace, like Safety, BIS, SII, etc. Ensure all product changes meet original required product certifications. Define all required re-testing and/re-certification based on product changes. Support the Compliance team in development of Common (Best) practices. Develop procedures and training for compliance with new or existing regulations. Collaborate with cross functional teams to guarantee all world-wide certifications and requirements are met. Provide early design input on all Hyve products to ensure predictable EMC/EMI, Electrical Safety and Environmental compliance on a global scale. Develop a compliance test plan applicable to EMC/EMI, Electrical Safety and Environmental standards. Qualifications Requires BS in engineering, physical science or equivalent technical discipline Minimum of 7 years’ experience working in an EMC test environment Experience working with product compliance standards as part of product development, such as UL, CSA, MET, etc. across global markets. In depth experience with obtaining international certifications (CCC, BIS, SII, BSMI, KC, etc). Direct experience dealing with in-country representatives a plus. Experience with EMI, ESD, and EMC testing on design level, able to review designs and provide suggestions for improvement. Knowledge in NEBS compliance testing, GR-63, GR-1089 and GR-489, test requirement for AT&T and Verizon a plus. Strong organization and documentation abilities. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously to determine requirements and proposed solutions. Strong cross-functional and collaborative team with excellent interpersonal skills. Able to work effectively with various levels within the organization. Excellent in written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Pay: $105,000 - $147,000 @ HYVE Solutions
