www.ppsjob.com.sg Responsible for managing a team of supervisors, workers, subcontractors, and vendors to execute works within the specified time frame. Resolve site issues collaboratively with supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, main contractors, and related third parties. Coordinate site works, workflows, and inspections with main contractor site representatives, including participating in site coordination meetings. Plan, implement, and monitor weekly work activities with a team of supervisors according to the master schedule. Monitor work progress, productivity, quality, and material usage to ensure targets are met within schedule, quality standards, and quantities. Enforce safety, health, and environmental regulations among supervisors, workers, and subcontractors. Prepare shop drawings, as-built drawings, and materials Bill of Quantities required for the project. Track and ensure timely submission of all shop drawings, materials, and as-built drawings. Coordinate with main contractors and third parties on the Combined Services Drawing (CSD) and resolve clashes before construction. Attend all Toolbox and Safety meetings. Implement Testing & Commissioning plans. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in related trades with at least 3 years of experience. Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior positions. Building Construction Safety Supervisor course and other WSH-related certificates. Experience with MEP design is an advantage. Must be a team player, diligent, diligent, with integrity and initiative.
