ASST PROJECT ENGINEER / PROJECT ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL AND ELECTRONIC) Job Responsibilities • Coordinate and supervise project activities at multiple sites. • Effectively manage project schedules to ensure timely execution. • Support project planning, design review, material requisition, cost control, and documentation. • Monitor on-site progress and ensure projects are completed within scope and deadlines. • Liaise with clients, consultants, and suppliers on all project-related matters. • Assist in preparing quotations and interpreting technical specifications, design intents, and ELV system schematics. • Support procurement planning and ensure timely delivery of materials. • Assist in preparing and delivering technical presentations to existing and prospective clients. • Ensure all site work complies with industry codes, OHS standards, and client requirements. • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Project Manager. Job Requirements • Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. • Minimum 2 years of project management experience; ELV experience is advantageous. • Fresh graduates with strong fundamentals are welcome to apply. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft Project. • Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) for effective communication with clients and stakeholders. • Strong organizational, planning, and project coordination skills. • Able to manage tight schedules and deadlines with minimal supervision. • Knowledge and certification in Occupathinal Health and Safety (OHS) and ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 are preferred. • Familiarity with Singapore Government procurement processes is an added advantage. • PMP certification is a plus. • Demonstrates a positive attitude, critical thinking, innovative problem-solving, and negotiation skills. • Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset. • Willing to travel overseas when required. • Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only. ________________________________________
