The Regional Director of Facilities Management - Northern Region oversees facilities construction planning, execution, and administration across the health system’s facilities in the Broward and Palm Beach Region. This includes Boca Regional Hospital, clinical pavilions, Lynn Cancer Institute, Marcus Neuroscience Institute, Bethesda Hospital East and West, Sunrise Hospital (currently in design), and other off-site facilities. The role also provides operational support to BOS, BHMG, and BHE as the system expands in the region. The Director is responsible for protecting and promoting Baptist Health South Florida’s interests, ensuring responsibilities are met, including but not limited to, the duties outlined below. Qualifications:

Degrees: Master’s Degree in engineering or a related field required Additional Qualifications: Licensed Engineer with Certified Energy Manager or Project Management Professional certifications highly desirable Minimum of ten years’ experience in healthcare or related building construction, engineering, and operations Extensive knowledge of hospital facilities operations, building systems, and basic management principles related to hospital departments and budgeting Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task and collaborate at all organizational levels Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record, as occasional driving with a company vehicle may be required Minimum Experience:

10 years EOE, including disability/vets
