Our agency is seeking a visionary Innovations Lead to drive strategic initiatives across AI, Machine Learning, and Cloud technologies. This is a high-impact role where your leadership will shape the future of digital innovation in the federal space. Key Responsibilities Lead innovation strategy across emerging technologies, with a focus on AI/ML and Cloud. Translate long-term goals into actionable roadmaps and guide execution from concept to scale. Evaluate cutting-edge tools and trends to identify opportunities for mission-driven transformation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prototype, pilot, and deploy innovative solutions. Foster a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and thought leadership. Advise senior leadership on technology strategy, risk, and impact. Build and manage partnerships with startups, research institutions, and technology vendors. Required Qualifications 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation leadership, or related roles. Proven success leading innovation in large-scale or government-focused environments. Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and emerging technologies. Strong strategic thinking and ability to align innovation with long-term goals. Excellent communication skills, especially with executive stakeholders. Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving collaborative outcomes. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (Master’s preferred). Clearance Requirement Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance. Work Environment Hybrid: Remote flexibility with onsite presence required for team collaboration, client meetings, and special initiatives.
