Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain tools to improve efficiency for Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Engineering teams. Automate workflows and processes to enhance operational effectiveness. Monitor production systems and proactively address potential issues to ensure reliability. Analyze complex datasets to provide actionable insights and support strategic decisions. Triage and resolve technical issues reported by customers in a timely manner. Develop customer-requested features to meet specific requirements and enhance user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and implement solutions. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously improve systems. Ensure system performance and reliability through meticulous testing and optimization. Contribute to fostering a culture of innovation and problem-solving within the team. Qualifications At least 3 years of experience in backend software engineering. Proven ability to improve system performance and enhance reliability. Proficiency in Python 3 and PostgreSQL. Experience working with microservices and asynchronous workers in large-scale distributed systems. Familiarity with Kubernetes environments and handling real-time data flows. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable solutions. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
