Overview Location: Phoenix, AZ (Primarily Onsite) CornerStone Technology Talent Services (TTS), a premier woman-owned IT staffing firm, is actively seeking a Software Developer for a high-impact role with one of our leading financial services partners in Phoenix. This is a direct opportunity to join a well-established but evolving legal-financial organization at the foundational stages of building out their internal IT team. This role is ideal for a developer with deep experience in the Microsoft tech stack and a passion for supporting business-critical systems. You will be instrumental in maintaining, modernizing, and extending enterprise-grade desktop applications. Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand technical requirements and translate them into scalable solutions Design and develop robust desktop applications using C#, .NET, Entity Framework, and SQL Server Maintain and enhance existing software solutions to ensure performance, security, and reliability Identify and develop reusable components to support long-term scalability Follow best practices in software development including Agile methodologies, version control, and unit testing Estimate development tasks and contribute to planning and sprint execution Research new technologies and provide recommendations for continuous improvement Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience in software development focused on enterprise desktop applications Proficient in C#, .NET (Framework and/or Core), SQL Server, Entity Framework, and SSRS Experience with version control systems and Agile software development practices Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively Local to Phoenix, AZ and able to work onsite the majority of the time Preferred Experience WinForms, Windows Services, OAuth/Identity Server Document automation or reporting tools Experience in financial services, legal tech, or mortgage/lending environments Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools Strong understanding of secure coding practices and regulated industries Why CornerStone TTS At CornerStone TTS, we deliver skilled tech talent where it matters most.
