Act as a strategic liaison between the business, IT teams and the Project Management Office, ensuring alignment of IT services and infrastructure with business goals and objectives. Through close collaboration with the business, define opportunities and support prioritization based on predefined scorecard criteria (e.g., return on investment, productivity, compliance). Develop strategic IT solution roadmaps that ensure proper sequencing of projects and resource utilization Facilitate the investment intake process and the high-level planning and execution of business initiatives through technology Create and foster shared accountability for the success of IT projects by setting joint success criteria and performance metrics with the business Partner with IT Centers of Expertise (PMO, Development Operations, Networking, Vendor Management) to align their work with the business and deliver seamless services that meet regional and global standards. Continuously seek feedback and enhance IT solutions to better meet business needs by using an iterative approach to refine strategies and improve outcomes over time YOUR TALENT 5+ years of IT Business/Industry work experience Bachelor's degree required (Computer Science, Administration or other related field or work experience) Ability to actively engage with stakeholders to align business processes, technology, and data analysis with organizational objectives Define the capabilities required to provide products and services to stakeholders which provide value to the organization Ability to translate business needs into high level IT requirements and solutions Broad range of exposure to various technical and business segments.
