Primary duties require advanced architectural and engineering knowledge gained through extensive experience and specialized education in Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Technology Engineering. Your Impact: Lead the MEPT team within a designated territory, engaging with clients and steering business development and marketing strategies to ensure financial success. Manage and provide leadership to the MEPT staff at an assigned office. Coordinate project operations across disciplines to deliver high-quality, timely results to clients. Ensure all work is original, meets high standards of quality, and adheres to LEAF Engineers' standards for excellence in construction. Communicate effectively with clients, leadership, project teams, contractors, and consultants both verbally and in writing. Maintain and ensure compliance of project documentation throughout all project phases. Report regularly to senior leadership on project and team matters. Support LEAF Engineers leadership in project delivery and team management. Perform engineering proposals and cost estimates across various systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Technology, Fire Alarm, and Fire Sprinkler. Qualifications: At least 12 years of experience in an AEC or engineering consulting firm. B.S. in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering field. Professional Engineering (P.E.) license required. Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD for design assessment. Willingness and ability to conduct site inspections. Strong project management skills to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Excellent communication skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Preferred Skills: Experience in the K-12 educational market. Proficiency with MEP calculations and Title-24 documentation using Energy Pro software. #LI-AM2 The salary for California locations varies based on qualifications, experience, and other factors. The range is $186,509.00 - $279,764.00. Compensation may include bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
