As a Senior Cybersecurity Assurance Analyst, you will evaluate and enhance our cybersecurity posture, ensuring compliance with frameworks like DFARS 252.204-7012, CMMC 2.0, and NIST SP 800-171. Your role involves guiding system owners, supporting audits, and maintaining compliance standards. Responsibilities: Conduct audits and assessments against relevant cybersecurity standards. Evaluate security controls and ensure regulatory compliance. Support system owners in audit preparation and remediation. Assist during C3PAO CMMC audits to ensure successful outcomes. Develop and maintain cybersecurity policies and procedures. Translate complex cybersecurity requirements into actionable plans. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address cybersecurity challenges. Prepare reports on assessment findings and compliance status. Stay updated on cybersecurity trends, threats, and regulations. Qualifications You Must Have: Bachelor's degree or 10+ years relevant experience. Experience with FISMA, CIS 20, NIST SP 800-171, DFARS, or similar. Proven ability to conduct gap assessments and evaluate controls. Strong cybersecurity knowledge and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills. Proficiency with MS Office, data analysis, and process documentation. Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance. Qualifications We Prefer: Experience within the DIB sector. Familiarity with security tools and frameworks like GRC, vulnerability scanners, SIEM, NIST RMF. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, or project management certifications. Experience developing SSPs and POA&Ms. Ability to interpret technical documentation and maintain confidentiality. Estimated Starting Salary Range: $124,771.42 - $171,560.70. Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and education. Salary may be adjusted for geographic location.
