The sponsor is bullish about its investment thesis in this newly acquired platform. They are prepared to invest heavily to drive the company's scale using both inorganic and organic methods. Our ideal candidate's background most likely includes: Business Model : Distribution Functional : Top financial leader of a $150mm-$300mm distribution business or number two financial leader of a $300mm-$1B distribution business Orientation : Financial leader with experience across accounting and FP&A.
