Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Preschool Teacher located in San Jose, CA. The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for lesson planning, curriculum development, early childhood education, and communication. Qualifications Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development skills Early Childhood Education and Communication skills Engage, guide, and play with the students, encouraging social and emotional growth Excellent verbal and written communication skills Previous experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children Ability to adapt to changing needs and be a quick learner.
