About The Opportunity The Classroom Teacher is responsible for daily classroom operations, providing high-quality instruction, fostering a supportive and community-based environment, and maintaining relationships with families, staff, and the community. Ideal candidates will have a proven success record and uphold high expectations. We implement a Multi-Tier System of Support (MTSS) to support all scholars as capable of becoming expert learners, emphasizing diversity and social-emotional growth. What You’ll Do Implement instructional programs and interventions that drive results. Follow curricular guidelines and frameworks. Use data to improve instruction and student achievement. Differentiating instruction for diverse needs. Create a positive, supportive classroom environment. Manage classroom effectively. Collaborate with colleagues and communicate with parents. Build ongoing relationships with families and community members. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Principal. Qualifications This job is suitable if you: Hold a Professional Educator’s License (PEL) in Elementary Education. Demonstrate commitment to LEARN's Core Values. Preferred Bilingual skills. At least 1 year of teaching experience. Track record of improving student academic achievement.
