Wicked Cutz is seeking a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in the DFW Metroplex. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer who thrives on strategy, performance optimization, and brand storytelling. You’ll manage the company’s paid media campaigns, affiliate program, email, and SMS marketing efforts, helping drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
You’ll collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to execute campaigns that grow sales, strengthen brand loyalty, and amplify Wicked Cutz’s bold voice across all digital channels.
Responsibilities Paid Media & Advertising
Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Google, and YouTube .
Test and analyze creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve performance and ROI.
Monitor and report on ad spend, conversions, and ROAS with actionable insights.
Stay current on digital trends, algorithms, and best practices for CPG and e-commerce brands.
Affiliate Program Management
Oversee and grow the Wicked Cutz affiliate and influencer program .
Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners and content creators.
Track affiliate performance, provide creatives and incentives, and ensure timely payouts.
Develop promotional campaigns and special offers to keep affiliates engaged.
Email & SMS Marketing
Manage all email and SMS campaigns from concept through execution (Klaviyo or similar platform).
Segment audiences to deliver personalized content and product recommendations.
Create and test automated flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.).
Monitor performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions) and optimize for engagement.
General Marketing Support
Collaborate with creative teams to align assets and messaging across all digital touchpoints.
Assist in product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand storytelling initiatives.
Analyze overall marketing performance and contribute ideas to improve reach and retention.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in digital marketing , e-commerce , or performance media .
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads .
Experience with affiliate or influencer programs (Impact, Refersion, or similar).
Proficiency in email and SMS marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Postscript, Attentive, etc.).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work on-site in Southlake, TX.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Experience in the food, snack, or lifestyle industry is a plus.
