Key Responsibilities:
Independently drive multiple work streams in parallel, managing analysts and cross-functional contributors (Reporting, Data Governance, Data Cleanup, Information Delivery Process Improvement).
Identify critical information delivery gaps through interviews, workshops, and analysis of the reporting environment.
Collaborate with SMEs, Program Managers, Project Sponsors, and Solution Architects to design solutions for identified gaps.
Facilitate option analyses and drive decision-making with key stakeholders.
Scope and prioritize solutions (process and technology), coordinating efforts within the broader program under tight deadlines.
Create high-quality written communications, including status reports, meeting documents, business process documents, and executive roadmaps.
Contribute to a team of IT professionals focused on Master Data Management technology, project delivery, operational support, and leadership communication.
Provide expertise in MDM technologies such as Informatica Data Director, Data Quality, and Multi-Domain MDM.
Maintain a strong understanding of MDM, BI, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
Qualifications: Experience in Data Governance and Master Data Management (MDM). Proficiency in Reporting / BI and Business Process Analysis. Strong facilitation skills and data analysis capabilities. Experience with Informatica MDM and Data Quality (IDQ). Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Experience in Government, Healthcare, or Life Sciences industries is a plus. Understanding of software development and operations. Location: Washington DC or Rockville/Bethesda MD.
