Consider a career at WMG and get the best of both worlds – an innovative global music company that retains the creative spirit of a nimble independent. **Job Title: Manager, Platform Marketing (YouTube)****Department:** Integrated Marketing Services, Global Marketing**Reports To:** Director, Platform Marketing **Location:** New York**A little bit about our team:**We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Manager, Platform Marketing (Youtube) to join Warner Music Group’s Global Marketing team.**Your role:**The Manager, Platform Marketing (YouTube) is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management, implementation, optimization, and reporting of advertising initiatives on YouTube. This role focuses primarily on owned and unsold inventory, ensuring campaigns are executed efficiently, perform at the highest level, and deliver value across all WMG teams worldwide.**Here you’ll get to:****Campaign Execution & Optimization*** Support the launch and management of all YouTube owned and unsold inventory* Monitor campaigns in Google Ads and other relevant platforms, ensuring optimal delivery against objectives.* Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline routine campaign tasks.**Operations & Process Improvement*** Develop, document, and refine operational processes and best practices for YouTube advertising to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.* Manage ad inventory, ensuring effective placements and rotations aligned with campaign goals.**Reporting & Insights*** Generate comprehensive performance reports, highlighting key metrics, trends, and actionable insights for internal teams and clients.* Analyze complex campaign data to inform optimizations and improve overall campaign effectiveness.**About you:*** 4+ years of dedicated experience in an Ad Operations or Paid Media role, with significant hands-on experience specifically with YouTube advertising* Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads, particularly with video campaign types (TrueView, Bumper, Video Action Campaigns, Performance Max)* Strong understanding of web analytics platforms, especially Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and its integration with Google Ads* Demonstrable experience with tag management systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager) and implementing various tracking pixels/tags* Proven ability to analyse complex data, identify trends, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven optimisation decisions* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously under tight deadlinesAs the home to 10K Projects, Asylum, Atlantic Music Group, East West, FFRR, Fueled by Ramen, Nonesuch, Parlophone, Rhino, Roadrunner, Sire, Warner Records, Warner Classics, and several other of the world’s premier recording labels, Warner Music Group champions emerging artists and global superstars alike. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs.
